Terms of Use

  1. Agreement. Rich & Joyful is published by Quantum Branding LLC ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
  2. What the app is, and what it isn't. Rich & Joyful provides personal reflection and organizational tools. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Scores, insights and suggestions are informational reflections of the entries you made; decisions and their outcomes are yours.
  3. Subscriptions. Rich & Joyful Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription: monthly ($4.99) or annual ($39.99); exact local prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. If Pro ends, your data remains readable and exportable; only Pro features lock.
  4. Your data. Your entries are yours. We collect nothing (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure.
  5. Acceptable use. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
  6. Warranty & liability. The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
  7. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
